Impressive in detail and beautiful to behold. These gorgeous .5 inch player marbles are intricately designed and crafted in clear art glass with different colored colorful swirls. In addition to the lovely handmade swirls, there is a sprinkling of phosphorescent granules in each one that endow the marble with its Glow In The Dark properties. This is known as the "Moonstone" pattern. Your set includes: One yellow Moonstone Glow in the dark marble approx .5 inch in diameter. One pale blue Moonstone Glow in the dark marble approx .5 inch in diameter. One red Moonstone Glow in the dark marble approx .5 inch in diameter. One blue Moonstone Glow in the dark marble approx .5 inch in diameter. Four stainless steel, ring type marble stands for display of your art glass marbles This is a beautiful collectible marble set that will surely create a conversation whenever it is used or placed on display! Hand crafted marbles will exhibit a “pontil” mark where the marble was attached to the “punt” during the creative process. This is not a flaw or damage to the marble, but an indication of the individually crafted art glass manufacture process. The “punt" scar indicates that the glass was blown freehand. Each and every one of these hand made marbles will display a "punt" or "pontil" mark. Because each one is handmade, no two marbles of a given pattern will be exactly the same. All “glow-in-the-dark” products contain phosphors and have to be “charged” in order to attain a good glow. A phosphor is a substance that radiates visible light after being energized. After being exposed to light, most items will glow for at least 10 minutes. You may need to be in nearly complete darkness to notice it. The brighter the light and the longer the exposure, the better and longer the item will glow.
